  • Will my suitcase come with a key to open the TSA Lock?
    Our suitcases' TSA Lock come with the option to set up a combination code that will allow you to open the luggage. There is only a master key that authorized aviation and transportation entities such as Customs or the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) have.   • I need to return my koffermarie luggage. What options do I have?
